Our online record keeping system provides 24/7 access to member's account and billing information. Parents may easily track payments and expiration dates by simply logging onto our online system.
Our "Forums" menu option provides access to an online discussion capability where members may ask questions or read previous questions and answers. (And - of course - we are also available via email, NewWestLC@gmail.com , and by phone at the numbers listed on the home page.)
Accounts are accessed via a USERID name and PASSWORD that is unique to each member and private. Payment may be made via secure credit card transactions, OR you may print an invoice to accompany your check payment. We do NOT store your credit card information, and we do not automatically charge your credit card account. Rather, our automated system will send a payment reminder to the email address you provide, and then you may authorize each month's payment.
We offer a 10% family discount for the second child from one family. You will be charged the full amount upon online enrollment and we will issue a credit for the discount.
It is our desire to provide you with the easiest way to take care of business once you are a member of BFC's Academic After School program. We look forward to serving you and your child.

Enter your USER ID and your secret PASSWORD, then click on "PROFILE" (upper right corner of the web page.)
From your PROFILE PAGE you may review all aspects of your Academic After School account.
If you don't know your USER ID please see a staff member at the desk or call us at 443-546-3460 during normal
weekday business hours (M-F: 2:30-6:30pm). If you don't know your PASSWORD, we can reset it upon request.
